Dormitory Rooms

Billabong Gardens is a warm and friendly "home" with super clean rooms and a fantastic, relaxed atmosphere.

All our dormitories are 6 beds, with or without private bathroom, T.V. and ceiling fans, 24 hour access and full security. Of course we offer you a choice of female only or mixed dorms. All our dorms are cleaned and serviced daily, and fitted with everything you need including all bed linen. Dorms with bathroom also have personal security lockers. In addition there are safety deposit boxes for hire in the lobby.

When shopping around for prices, don't forget the Billabong difference. We are small enough to provide personal service yet big enough to offer extensive facilities. Infact we don't just offer a bed, we invite you to live with us and feel at home!

International Students and Working Travellers

Billabong Gardens is the ideal place to stay if you're in town for a few months - whether to earn some travel cash or study. We're just a short stroll from the University of Sydney and University of Technology Sydney (UTS) and busses to the city stop every few minutes almost from our door. Many students start their stay in Sydney with us or even stay for a full semester. We also have an employment board updated daily with heaps of jobs.
